
I’m Keir Wenham-Flatt. I’m a London based strength & conditioning specialist and fitness professional. I specialise in muscle gain, fat loss and nutrition so if you want to get in outstanding shape or reach your physical potential as an athlete you have come to the right place.

I’m addicted to the iron. I live and breathe training. Nothing gets me more motivated than helping people to kill it in the gym and dominate their competition. But don’t worry, I’ve got some book smarts too. I hold Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning in addition to several industry qualifications, and my work has been featured in top publications like Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, FHM and more.

Professional sport and athletic experience
Without doubt my speciality is rugby. I have competed religiously in rugby league since 1997 and have enjoyed a few distinguished honours as an amateur (don’t call the Super League talent scouts just yet). I currently work with the strength and conditioning staff at London Wasps, working closely with the club’s future stars in the academy.
Away from the professional ranks I work closely with a number of professional and top amateur players from both codes of rugby via online coaching.
